Shipping policy

All items are dispatched by international tracked and signed-for mail unless otherwise agreed in writing with the buyer prior to purchase. Any alternative shipping arrangement requested by the buyer is made entirely at the buyer's own risk.

Items are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery — coins and banknotes are placed in protective sleeves or holders, and stamps and covers are interleaved with acid-free paper and rigid card backing before being placed in padded envelopes or small boxes as appropriate.

As items are mostly held in a secure safe deposit facility, dispatch is typically within 3–5 business days of cleared payment. In rare cases involving public holidays or other unavoidable circumstances, a small amount of additional time — usually no more than 24 hours — may occasionally be required to retrieve and prepare items for dispatch. Buyers will be notified promptly should any such delay arise.

Postage costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and item weight. Combined postage discounts are available for multiple purchases — please contact me before completing your order to arrange a combined shipping quote.

International delivery times vary by destination and are outside my control once items are with the postal service. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.
