These terms apply to all purchases made through this store. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
1. About This Store
This store is operated by a private individual collector selling a personal collection of numismatic and philatelic items accumulated over 50 years. I am not a business or commercial trader. All items are from my own collection and are sold on a one-owner, private-sale basis.
2. Payments
All prices are listed in GBP (£). I am happy to accept payment in multiple currencies via direct online bank transfer, making it straightforward for buyers in many countries to purchase without currency conversion costs.
Bank transfer payments are accepted in the following currencies and countries:

Transfers can be made via Wise, Revolut, or direct bank transfer to accounts held in Gibraltar, Australia, Singapore, Mauritius, and Hong Kong.
As I am a private individual collector and not a business, credit and debit card payments cannot be accepted.
Please contact me before completing your order to confirm payment arrangements and receive transfer details. Items will be dispatched once payment has cleared in full.
3. Shipping
All items are dispatched by international tracked and signed-for mail unless otherwise agreed in writing with the buyer prior to purchase. Any alternative shipping arrangement requested by the buyer is made entirely at the buyer's own risk.
Items are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery — coins and banknotes are placed in protective sleeves or holders, and stamps and covers are interleaved with acid-free paper and rigid card backing before being placed in padded envelopes or small boxes as appropriate.
As items are mostly held in a secure safe deposit facility, dispatch is typically within 3–5 business days of cleared payment. In rare cases involving public holidays or other unavoidable circumstances, a small amount of additional time — usually no more than 24 hours — may occasionally be required to retrieve and prepare items for dispatch. Buyers will be notified promptly should any such delay arise.
Postage costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and item weight. Combined postage discounts are available for multiple purchases — please contact me before completing your order to arrange a combined shipping quote.
International delivery times vary by destination and are outside my control once items are with the postal service. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.
4. Returns & Refunds
As a private individual seller, all items are sold as described and as shown in the photographs. Condition assessments are my honest subjective opinion provided on a best-endeavours basis.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if an item arrives significantly not as described. Items must be returned in the same condition as sent, with original packaging, and at the buyer's expense unless the return is due to my error.
Refunds will be issued upon safe receipt of the returned item. Postage costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to my error or a damaged item in transit.
